Our junior partners needed to progress from not only being partners to also act as entrepreneurs, i.e., to be innovative when dealing with customers.
Previously, this target group participated in various programs and we needed a common way to manage projects and a shared leadership vision.
We began cooperating with Ledarskaparna in 2003, and our current managers have all gone through our company-designed development programs.
Now we have a common platform to work from.
We also have a number of business development projects outside our ordinary activities – and in the development program we work with real business projects.
Managers also know each other better.
We are in a new phase. The managers are now in place and the next step is to, together with Ledarskaparna, design a development program with a Nordic perspective.
We experience Ledarskaparna as a receptive and attentive supplier that develops in symbiosis with us. They also specify the requirements. “Same old, same old” is not enough for them.
